Chris has an extensive background in the flooring industry. Starting out as a partner in a large and successful retail and commercial flooring business, Chris was also chairman of Carpet Court New Zealand for 12 years and then CEO, and COO of Flooring Brands, before forming RFMS Australasia in 2011. Having owned and operated a flooring business, he has an understanding of the industry which is invaluable in helping owners and managers implement the change to an integrated management solution. Chris has worked with flooring businesses across New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
Christine Ogden
operations director
Christine brings nearly 30 years’ experience in the flooring industry across many different roles. Christine became a partner in a large flooring business that experienced tremendous growth. On selling the business she had a number of roles within Flooring Brands, including General Manager of the Dunedin store, Regional Manager, and then COO. Since March 2013 Christine has been with RFMS Australasia training and implementing RFMS and consulting to flooring businesses both in Australia and New Zealand.
Greg Taane

Greg has a Bachelor's in Information technology and 16 years experience in I.T., supporting clients with their hardware and networking requirements. Greg can assist all of our clients deal with I.T. issues regardless of size or complexity.
Aisea Tawake
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Aisea has a Bachelor's in Information technology, so he has extensive knowledge of all things I.T, along with a friendly and helpful manner.
If you ever require assistance related to RFMS + I.T., then you will most likely have Aisea assisting you.
Suzie Monk
Trainer
Suzie has been in the flooring industry since 1988. She held various senior administration roles before taking on the challenge of commercial manager for a large flooring business. In her last role she experienced first-hand the implementation of RFMS into the business she worked at and she now brings all that experience to her role as an RFMS trainer.
Lowrie Ogden
Trainer
Lowrie grew up in the flooring industry, and on leaving school completed an apprenticeship as a vinyl installer. She later moved into office work where she gained experience, particularly in logistics management. In 2016, Lowrie joined RFMS Australasia to train and support our clients in both RFMS and Measure.
ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Selena Pryor joined the team last year as a qualified accountant having worked in Australia and New Zealand. It’s wonderful to have Selena on the team to assist with the financial reporting and data conversion requirements of an implementation.

Kylie joined the team in 2018 with a strong background in office management, support and digital design. Kylie provides general support for our growing database client base, particularly for Word Merge and Notifications. Kylie also designed and maintains our Australasia and UK websites: www.makethemostofrfms.com, www.rfmsanz.com, www.quantisafe.com, and www.measureflooringuk.com; she brings a wide range of skills to her role supporting our clients.
Michaela Haddow

Michaela joined RFMS Australasia in 2017 after working in the office after school she is now our Office Administrator. Michaela also has been known to assist with project works for clients as they transition to RFMS.

Joanne came to RFMS having worked with her husband for many years in their construction and flooring installation business. Previous to that she was employed in an administration capacity by a law firm in Dunedin. Joanne joined us early 2023 to assist with all things administration, and you may even be greeted by her cheery voice if you phone our Help Desk.
