Our RFMS users are amongst the most successful flooring retailers in Australia and New Zealand. Of course, every business always has room for improvement.
The RFMS Retail Boot Camp will be a series of blogs designed to remind owners and managers of some of the basics of retail health (hence, Boot Camp). Nothing in our Boot Camp blogs will be new to our RFMS clients; the goal is to present some ideas and suggestions on how the business ideas presented can be better implemented and improved.
Each blog will outline a retail principle, and if it strikes a chord with the reader, exercises (again, Boot Camp) will be suggested to help improve on these areas. Where applicable, we will show owners and managers how they can best use RFMS to simplify processes and measure progress in these areas. In some cases, we might introduce you to an aspect of RFMS you are currently not taking advantage of.
In our first Boot Camp blog, we are looking at conversion rates, why it’s important to understand your conversion rates, how you can quickly access them from RFMS, and how you can help your salespeople focus on their conversion rate.
